Hike distance, elevation, and expected time:
Our hike is out and back, so you can turn around when ever you want. It’s a little under 8 miles out and the same back. My recommendation is that you plan for at least 2.5-3hrs out if you can.

The Alltrails.com portion is the lower portion only. This would be something to do if you needed to turn back early.
This Strava map shows the entire course from the top down. We will start from the bottom, hike up as far as we can, then all the way back down. The entire distance may take more than 6hrs which is why we’re letting people turn back when they need to.
We are expecting mild weather for Sunday with highs in the low 70s, but with the sun on you all day it can be tiring.
